what can i get for this

hey guys what do yall think is a good price for this motor and trans... its a 454 came out of my 88 square. orginal motor 140k miles ran great.. im selling with everything on it.. ac compressor work great and blew cold as hell. trans im not really sure of what it is. i think i came out of like a 94 chevy its a five speed thats about all i know about it?????????

Good running TBI 454 complete about $750 or so
That transmission is a 94-down NV4500 which is an excellent strong 5 speed, about $500-$700 (rebuilt ones run around $1200)

Depends on how much the people buyin it from you trust your word. Engine/trans sitting on the floor, anything could be wrong with it, that's why I like to sell them while they're still in the truck. Get money then pull 'em out.

yea i understand about the seeing it run deal. you know anyone that might want it???? i want it out of my shop. hell id be tickled pink if i could get like 800-900 for all of it together.

If that NV4500 was from a 3500HD I'd be over there buying it already and woulda told you it was worth only about fitty bucks. Need one bad for my project. I've got a couple like yours sitting around already, wrong tailshaft/housing and no parking brake on 'em like the HD needs.

man id give you a good deal on it but i dont think i could make it worth your while shipping would probably eat your lunch.

hmmmm well I have shipped engines before for about a 100 bucks......You would have to tie it down to a pallet and ship it that way....... let me know whatcha think.....my number is 720-496-3540 if you wanna talk.
