I wanted more room to "tool up". Ive always wanted to be able to make jigs and such and have somewhere to keep them! More benders, lifts, work tables, etc.

Those pics were taken in the middle of the shop!!! It is 50ft wide and 250ft long!
It runs us $2000/month and comes with a fenced in asphaulted yard!
Not soo much a one stop shop, but at least suspension and paint!
