Sanden SD-7 Compressor for engine driven compressor?

Whats going on everyone,

I wanted to know, can i use the Sanden SD-7 A/C pump for engine driven air compressor? I'm thinking about buying the billet specialties tru-trac serpentine system, and its included with their kits they sell, and I'd like to use it, since its all polished and shiny. Thanks.
