well i got a 01 fullsize chevy bagged on 20's and have a vibration just after take off and then again around 60-70. is it wheels or is it driveline

Probably driveline.Pinion angle off a bit.Or the driveshaft is not balanced properly.

your drivesahft might be hitting under your cab or the oinion ahgle
