The S-10 arms are NOWHERE close, whoever told you that is a damn fool. They do use the same upper and lower balljoints, but that is where the similarities end.
The only retailers selling upper and lower control arms for the B-bodies are Speed-tech and Rustic Racing. The rustic racing arms are a bit less expensive, not by much, but their quality leaves a lot to be desired. Spend the coin and get the speed-techs and be done with it.
