sleeve bags

i have the firestone sleeve bags off the car i aired them up now i cant get them to fold up to measure ,,,ANY IDEAS?

Hook em up to the intake on your comp??

do you have a bar clamp? that may work, if there's no air in it...

Take the bag in both of your hands with the top of the bag facing you and your fingers at the bottom of the bag, like you would crush a beer can, but your hands will only reach from the bottom to the middle of the bag. Use the heels of your hands to push the sleeve back over the bottom mount while your fingers push the bottom mount into the sleeve. It might take a few minutes to get it, but it works.

I had the same problem and I found an easy fix.
I had a 1/4 schreader valve laying around and plumbed it into the bag and then filled it with maybe 10 psi (just enough to make it firm).
Then set the bag on the ground and push down on it while depressing the schreader valve and letting the air out. It rolled down on itself right back to normal.
