S10 rear sway bar

My truck is bagged out back with flipped leafs and the stock sway bar. I tore out the front one a few years ago and now I want to rip out the rear. Can I do this by still using the leaf setup with the bags on my axle? I need some extra room on the sides of my tank and ditching the sway bar is the option I'm leaning towards. Is this safe and ok to do?

yeah you should be able to just remove the sway bar. i dont see why u couldnt. do you have any pics?

you flipped the leafs on a s-10? maybe i'm missing something...
