suspension question

I searched forums but was unsuccessful. I found plenty of 3/4 chevy trucks but no 1 tons. What does it take to put dually wheels on 3/4 ton suspension?

If the front hubs and rear axle are 8 lug is it as simple as changing the wheels. I heard that 3/4 ton suspension sits in farther than a 1 ton. The reason I am asking is I bought a 1951 ford COE and looking for running gear and chassis to put under it.

if you are running semis, they will go on with the 8 to 10 lug adapters. if you are running anything smaller, you will need 3 inch adapters to space the wheel out or they will hit the upper and lower control arms. later, brian
