This is what i posted on the 1/30 on the neon boardsI decided to try & put my old motor back in to make sure everything would clear. i already knew i would lose the power steering & the front aluminum plate cover that has the upper motor mount would have to be cut down. The more & more i thought about this i have finally decided what to do.............I'm gonna redo the front end yet again haha. My front air bags needed to be replaced & really they need to be a smaller bag. So i've tried to figure out a way i can do this without redoing the front end.......in the end, if im gonna do this, i might as well do it right. What sheet metal work i have done already in the engine bay will bt getting cut out. I've already ordered new camber adjustable civic upper control arms, Slam Specialties RE-6s (was using RE-7s), & i ordered some Cup Style Bag Brackets. This is what i posted on the 2/15 on the neon boards So today i through my junk motor & tranny back in the neon & put her back on the ground.....felt great towering over the car!! Almost forgot how low she really sits....Anyways so i was taking measurements for the new setup & luckily i don't have to cut out all of the sheet metal work i have already done. i will just have to do some trimming & it should be perfect this time around haha......waiting on one final piece to my front end puzzle now. I'm also in the market for a totaled out neon so hopefully i will get lucky & find a decently wrecked one. I will be parting out what i wont be using so keep an eye out for my "For Sale" thread.....Anyways here's 2 pics i just took
