disc's on a stock mazda rear?

ok, i saw someone had this in the toyota section, and got curious. Would this be possible on a mazda also? Maybe use some pathfinder rotors and calipers, but hand fab some kind of bracketry

Anything is possible. Anything with rear discs and the same bolt pattern will work.
