I HAVE A LINCOLN 215 MIG. I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE WIRE JAMMING UP IN THE ROLLER AS IT LEAVES THE SPOOL. I HAVE REPLACED THE LINER AND THAT DIDNT HELP THERE ARE NO WELDING SUPPLY STORE OPEN ON THE WEEKEND AND I REALLY NEED TO FINISH THIS TUCK PLEASE ANYBODY
the roller might be too tight or the spool might be as well... is it making a birds nest or just stopping?
how does everything look with the contact tip off? does it still jam up?
also make sure you have the right size roller for the size wire you are using.
i had the same problem with my lincoln. turned out to be the diffuser (the piece the contact tip screws into) was bent a little. also, you said you replaced the liner, make sure that you didnt cut it too long, providing you had to cut it to fit.
