Why don't they worry a bit more about the content inside of the cover before they mess with the logo. I let my subscription go as well, it was getting to be too much like Truckin for me. How many air intake and cat back exhaust tech articles can a person possibly need? I liked the old days when they ran hard core tech articles where they showed fabrication as opposed to just bolt on crap.
I think it sucks gorilla cock!!! That whole retro font stuff is way to trendy. just plain gay.

Go back to the other one. Just put a sick ride on the cover and it'll get the attention needed. I also agree that street TRUCKS is becoming more and more like Truckin each issue. LAME
LMFAO!!! I did see a picture of a boat in this issue. I'm sure the boat features are sure to follow. I don't mind the cover, different but ok. The only thing I read in the magazine is the features, all the rest of the writeups are ussually garbage. MT is my favorite mag hands down, and I don't drive a mini.
i like the old, somethin bout the new just not feelin it.
I have to agree, the old logo was a lot better. the "trucks" part is way too overpowering. I like the font of "street", but the logo just doesn't look right to me.

I like the old one best but as long as they keep making a great magazine each and every month, that's all I really care about. I think "trucks" is too over powering. I think any custom truck magazine should have a custom designed logo. Since it's all about "custom" vehicles, why not have something original instead of a standard font?
I agree with this guy!!!
Whoa!! When did Truckin' change it's name??
Seriously, the old logo was much better. Someone said something about branding...he was dead on. I understand wanting to change it up, but way to much in the wrong direction. Nevermind that you can hardly see "Street" anymore. Also, the original style of cover photography was much more appealing than it is now. Just my two cents.

As a professional brand/logo designer for 13+ years...this is horrible. You never abandon a established brand after building a base audience.
This would be honestly like , or throwing away their established logo after many years of successful brand recognition.
My 2 cents.I like your 2 cents.
LOL Thanks Corey.
But then again MiniTruckin has changed its masthead a couple times in the say the past 10 years, however from a branding standpoint they have been for the better, unlike this mistake.
most people are afraid of change but there is a few things i suggest
street - little bigger
trucks - a little smaller and not lower case
as long as they dont add damn boats, they got my vote for pretty much anything
its kool just make trucks smaller
