how thick is the tubing that the driveshaft is made out of? I need to build a longer shaft for my R30, and need to know what thickness of tubing I need to use.

no, a friend of mine has a machine shop in his back yard, and I was going to let him build it. he has everything to work with, including balancing it, but doesn't have the tube.
he prolly needs to cut intoo the /a old driveshaft to get the knuckels from it as he need those to make a new one .
should be a good moment to get the gauge out to measure whall thickness
