as long as you don't run it below 2 ohms for the subs it should. i was running 4 cvr 12" subs off of a p6001bd punch and it ran them fine as long as i didn't turn it up all the way because i had 2 ohm subs and it was a two channel amp and my subs all spiced into 2 channels ended up being 1 ohm and that was 2 much for it. i am now running 2 solobaric 15's just fine at all levels.

you cant run that amp below 2 ohms stereo, it's a class A 2 channel amp. you would have to have 4 4 0hm sub's wired series/parralel

Sometimes you can get away with running the amp under it ohm load. I've been running 13.5JLW7 that is Dual 1.5 parralell for years on an amp that is 1 ohm stable. Before then I ran 6-12's that were dual 6 ohm parralell which was .5 ohms on a 1 ohm stable amp. Never had any problems, other than problems hearing. Both amps were Audiobahn!!

im running 4 12's that are 8ohm each, and they end up running at 2ohm on my alpine mpr-m850,

I wish i could afford some squares tho, cause i hate my subs, im running the max power they can handle each, 200watts... they cant handle it

well for now i just ordered 2 12's the fosgate stage 3's i always loved fosgate but forget the money that the power series ones cost. i got 2 for 400 and im in theprocess of getting 2 punch 800's so once i get the 2 amps ill have to buy 2 more subs. but there dual 4 ohm subs so i should be fine
