i didn't plate mine only cause i have the chassis tech lower control arms whitch have a cup on them for your bag cup. its working so far i might have a couple hundred miles on it already. by the way your truck is as hell tim

i cut my cups down about 1 in

I have the SD cups on mine too, i didnt cut them at all, and my upper is not bolted. I do have bolts for it, just havent put them on yet, i got the bolts at tractor supply for a couple bucks
