5 lug for a 93 b-series mazda

what is the most efficient way to do the swap of is there somewhere out there i can get some chrome 18's in my bolt pattern that will tuck i'm not having luck and i do not want billet already had some billet specialties and my area sux i had to clean three times a week..so its either find some wheels or just do a swap for better wheel selection so can you guys help me please

for my 90 b2000 i have a 2nd gen rx7 that i am about to install. it is a 5x4.5 bolt pattern. for the front i am going with cando's mazda to toyota a arms and going to bolt up 2" drop spindles with the yota hubs.
