Air Zenith is a POS

ive sold both az and ciair comp and have had good and bad with both
the biggest problem with az is there backorder problems
waiting since feb

most of the guys i know with the newer AZ have no problems, and the older ones that got rebuilt have done fine for them...but then again all compressors do seem to have horror stories and praise

I hope mine aren't peices of doo doo. I bought mine about a year ago but mine were also part of that recall. I shipped them off and they updated them to the new sh*t. I haven't even tried them out yet but they ran all the tests and sh*t and they gave them the OK. We will find out soon enough if there POS' cuz my dime is in the shop now rite now gettin the airride installed. I just don't want to tell my wife that something happened to AZ's and we have to buy two different compressors. She whoop my a** but I have been telling her that they have been having a lot of problems this year with them. I haven't heard no bad news since they recalled them. So I don't know. My AZ has worked fine, i use it on a 8 gallon tank on my daily driver, and it is one of the recalled ones, never sent it in, i just hoped it wouldnt quit, and it hasnt yet

Have you tried contacting them of the problem before dragging their name through the mud all over the internet?

I love my 2 480c's right now...

had a oasis that lasted about a year, kicked ass while it did... thought about engine driven, but 2 480c's fill my 12 gal's from 110-145 in about 1 min 45 sec or so. i can live with that since i'm not a switch whore... might add a 3rd if i want to speed it up a bit more.

i have ran to viair 450's for 2 years now the only prob i had with them is my first one quit working but they sent me one after i called. but i might try an az on my other truck when i get to work on it

i have 1 viar 450 on mine with a 5 gal tank and it kicks ass.its the only brand ill run cause i have had a couple of friends with the AZ's and they took a dump on them in a couple of months.im lookin to get the dual 480z soon cause i want to run 200psi

well i got in my truck tonight to come home and the a-z ran for about 20 sec and died...................... all i could do is laugh... good thing the 480's should be in tuesday
