i got a question about towing and tire size

i have a ext cab chevy im guessin 4-5k range on weight?

i drive this truck daily its got towing package and its prolly the closest thing to a dually i will ever get

i wanna lower it and put some wheels on it and still be able to tow and do whatever

i have a c-10 and 16ft trailer i wanna be able to pull

i have a set of 20s with 255-35-20 tire, they say 1609lbs for each tire, my question is can i tow , and/or how much weight can i pull on these tires?

You will be looking at the tongue weight of the trailer when taking the load capacity of the tires into consideration since the tounge weight will be the force pulling down against the tires. Look and see what the towing capacity is for your truck in the owners manual and then see how much your trailer and other truck weigh together.
