86-93 Rollpan

I just got my first mazda and have been looking at a rollpan. I work at a body shop so fabrication and body work is no problem but I cant figure out how u mount the rollpan. The truck almost has a factory roll pan. Do I drill out the spot welds or cut it off or wat? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
