24s on OBS Tahoe

If i did a super c notch ,not through the floor, can i get the Tahoe (OBS) to lay frame on 24s with 25 series tires?I heard that 25 series is smaller than 265/35/22s and with my frame hangin down as far as it does if i decide not to cut my floor and section the frame i was thinkin of doing the 24s but only if it will lay frame. Thanks for any advice
