SHORT SHIFT KITS FOR B2000's AND B2200's

Do they make em?If so where do i find them?i dont care on price i just want one

Do you actually want a shorter throw for performance? Or just a shorter shifter for looks? Just asking, well......because these are mazda trucks.....hahaha

Mine was shortened by cutting off a few inches and rethreading what was left, then put on your new shift knob. I guess you might could cut it down and jb weld a new metal knob on.... I've seen it done. But best thing is to rethread what is left.

If you want to make a true short throw you need to cut it off just below the pivot, weld a spacer in there, then make a shim/spacer to go between the tranny and shifter housing that is the same thickness.
