so i got my girlfriends 98 ranger layed down today but i'm not sure how to clear the steering arms from hitting the frame onece i put the new tranny x-member on to lay it all the way down. is it safe to flip them to the bottom side of the mounts on the spindel?

just notch out the frame 2 clear them but be sure to weld it a new piece of metal when u cut out the frame

Hey, if you were to just flip the tierods you would have some serious bumpsteer geometry problems. Just notch and plate as said above. Looks good by the way.
