I've had a few responses (and i thank them much), but I'm still uncertain if I can successfully install the power steering assembly off an 87 B2600 and install it onto my 87 B2200 w/o any major mods.

The truck is just waiting to go to the junk yard, and I'd hate for it to go to waste when I could sure use it....

Seth @ Twistedminis is baggin '$parky', and so i don't have the truck to play w/....

any help is greatly appreciated....

both 2wd?

The mount for the pump will be vastly different, but the pump should be the same. You will need the whole shooting match too, lines, pump, steering box, everything. retrofitting it is kind of a pain because all the lines run under the front of the motor but on top of the frame. Depending on where it mounts on the 2.6 you may also need the 2.2 lines. Definitely need the 2.2 ps pump mount though, and that is fun too because it mounts behind the motor mount.

So maybe. And no. But possibly yes. Did that get you anywhere?

Well I've already removed the pump and the steering box will come off once she's on the tow truck, so .....
