ANY SUGGESTIONS?

OK GUYS HERE IS THE DEAL. I LIVE IN MIAMI FL I OPEN A SMALL CUSTOM CAR BUILDING SHOP 6 MONTHS AGO. BUT I DONT THINK THERE IS TOO MUCH BUSSINESS FOR THE CUSTOM CAR SCENE.. I HAVE DONE IS COUPLE OF SHAVING AND STUFF AND THE REST IS PAINT AND BODY REPAIR.ON TOP OF THAT I PAY 1200 EVERY MONTH FOR 1000SF.AND PEOPLE DOWN HERE DONT WANT TO PAY. I WAS THINKING OF MOVING AS SOON AS MY 1 YEAR LEASE IS OVER...WERE GUYS THINK IS GOOD FOR THE CUSTOM CAR SCENE AND THAT STUFF IS NOT PRICEY LIKE HERE...THANKS

Are you looking to stay in Florida? I know AZ is growing and seems to keep shops busy. Cost of living is still in check. Good luck.

are you advertising? how long have you been there? id imagine business isnt gunna come over night! start cuttin some good deals for some folks and the word will get around and maybe business will pick up then level out your prices. also, it would seem that there would be a decent truck/car scene down there cuz last time i was there it was like friggin Cuba. dont Mexicans/Cubans like hydros? or is that just Mexicans? any way there seems to be a lot of rich people down there that will eventually wanna blow their money some where!
