yup thats the ticket, it may be more like 3"s though, as I remember its a 7"rear drop with a flip and shackle hanger is a 2 and 2 kit. at least that is what it is on the c/k series

Or maybe get a shackle and hanger lift, and leave the flip on?

Or maybe throw some helper bags on to get that extra 2 inches.

BEFORE I SELL IT AND SAY SCREW IT.. The reason i ask these questions.. I blew my front tires out on the freeway due to the truck so slammed out and cutting tires when turnning.(DONT WANT BAGS). I thought about trying a cut coil instead of 2 cut coils on stock springs and see how that does.. MY main thing is i want it to sit level and not tuck so much in the rear tire and still be able to tow.Ever dually i find with a flip always tucks back way more and looks ugly in my opion. Im also thinking of leaving spindals put stock springs in. Put the stock 2 leafs back in and a shackle hanger kit and call it a day. Then if i go that routh what tire size would look and work good if i go this route?
THANKS

couldnt you mount smaller tires or spacers
normal spindle would be best i guess

I still think a helper bag setup in the rear would be the best means to this end. Then when you got the front where you wanted it getting the back to match would be simple.

my dad just installed helper bags on his 07 dodge crew and he just towed his 5th wheel camper for the first time, and put 20lbs of air in the helper and he rode level and smooth and didnt bottom out any, think hepaid like 300 for the whole helper kit with shipping from JC whitney...
