Lifting a carrier bearing...?

Alright, i just finished up the install of a KP Components 6 link and i have my pinion angle correct from what i believe. But i still have some vibrations when on the ground. When the truck is aired up there is NONE, it is perfect. Im wondering if the carrier bearing is causing this vibration. Im just now noticing that people are raising the carrier bearing to straiten out the 2 driveshafts. is that what i should do?? BTW its a ext. cab 2000 silveradothanks for any help ahead of time!
