Everything you listed is listener subjective. What you might find AMAZING, someone else might find kind of dull.

Zapco has a LONG, very established history.

However, when Robert Zeff left to start Arc Audio... many of his main consumers followed. Zapco lost a lot of the market share for high end.

Not a bad setup you seem to have though. Good luck with everything!

another amplifier made by the same company (ARPA) is Arc Audio. both zapco and arc audio are pretty good amps

Ive ran into it a few times through out the years working in car audio. They have some badass stuff, pretty amazing. Only beef i have is getting warranty work done and getting it done in a reasonable amount of time!

Just a little clarification, Robert Zeff Did nto start Arc audio. He has his own company that builds amps for pretty much anyone that wants to pay him to build an amp. Second ARPA of America is the company that owns Zapco. Has for some time now. There is no connection to ARC. Two different companies all together.

Run a few 9.0's. You'll be deaf in no time.

Also, when hearing a GOOD setup, nothing is subjective. Once you hear a GOOD setup, you know what a GOOD setup should sound like. It may not be perfect to your standards, but sound quality is sound quality. There is no mistaking it.

Do you compete in any type of SQ format? Then you know about the terms 'bright', 'laid back', 'up front', 'staging', 'imaging'? Sound quality is TOTALLY listener subjective! Why do you think there are SO MANY options out there? Don't you think that if there was a 'be all, end all' of sound quality, that it would have put everyone else out of that area of the industry by now?

Please. You don't know sound quality until you've listened to tube amplifiers, insted of solid state.

I'm not saying Zapco isn't an awesome company... but there are others out there as well, that you've probably never even come across.

Rainbow. Genesis. DLS. McIntosh. Nakamichi. TRU technology. yadda yadda, blah blah.
