ok this is about chevy 1500 frames.does anyone know the difference between the 2wd and 4wd frames in the 99' or newer 1500 silverado?i know 4wd has rack and pinion and the huds are different. but overall are they the same thats the only thing i can think of is different even when i look at a 4wd. if anyone knows that would be awesome. thanks guys

I haven't looked at a newer one like that but on older chevy stuff they were totally different, 2wd, coil springs 4wd torsion bars and the frame was up higher to allow clearance to get the axles through the lower control arm and the frame.
