is it full size or s10? If it's an s10, you can just go to a junkyard and get a tiny overflow from some small import car or something and hide it under the battery. I've also heard of people blocking it off, but i would'nt reccomend that.

What I did was just bought a chrome one from ebay, its like 3" in diameter and like 12" long, fits almost anywhere. Just type in chrome overflow tank on ebay and you'll see what i'm talking about

its a fullsize. im having trouble because the fill cap on the overflow is the fill cap for the radiator. this pic shows how it T's off from the lower hose. where it t's at the top it goes to the stock overflow/fill.

you can add an In-line filler cap between the themostat and the radiator upper hose, then just by a billet cylinderical puke jug.

Thats what i was thinking i just found the picture with something like it. you think i should have to use a pressurized overflow tank because the old one is under pressure?

Where the lower hose is joined and the stock T is replaced

but use a pressurized over flow tank just incase

Don't mean to steal thread but since you took a pic of it, I wanted to ask question. But does anyone know how to disconnect the hose from that T connection I took my ac & heater out and I'm stuck with open holes from me cutting the hose short
