jumbo.. you dont seem to have the offset cups.. make sure your lip in the back of the spring pocket is cut all the way to the frame.. its what you have to do on the re7's (2600 bag) if you arent running SD's new offset cups or any offset cups.. the offset pushes it towards the spindle to save the frame where the pocket and frame pinch together in the very back.. be sure when you cut it flat back there... you weld in a piece of metal there that is straight down instead of angled like it is, to get the strength back.

yeah, we cut it to the back of the pocket. Never welded a piece in, but i hope to take care of it next weekend. And i'm pretty sure i don't have the offset cups, but the guy who's tubbing my firewall next weekend will help me zip up anything that's not kosher.

who'd you end up finding to help you? our last conversation didnt seem you had anyone left (which is why you should move up here) to help since i moved and the other guy moved to TN... glad you found someone though.

Barry Wiser is the best bag guy in AR as far as i know, he's done some sick, sick work, but he's always way too busy to do piddly shit like this, and he lives over an hour away, but i called him up and told him i just wanted to get it rolling and the firewall and a/c relocation was the only thing standing in the way so i'm towing it down there this coming friday and staying till sunday so hopefully we'll at least get everything tacked in and moved around so i can finish off the other stuff. Holy run on sentence, batman! Sorry bout that, i actually went to bed at 4:30am last night and got woke up at 7:15 when my daughter thought it'd be funny to wake me up by kicking me in the nuts with her heels so i'm hella tired.
