it would be very salvageable after he takes what he wants off. it would be basic rolling stockfloored fully painted chassis. it can be registered you just have to find someone to smog it for you. there is a few places out here in the antelopevalley that you pay 250bucks and all they need is the VIN number.

yea man, im just gonna take a few things off of it, it will be very salvageable, hit me up, im in lancaster, like an hour and a half from you.

yes it has a valid, clean texas title.

you sure its not registered in cali? cause ive got a pic of it with a plate on the rear.
