260k is not alot of miles for a cummings. expect the normal maintence issues and maybe the fuel pump and injectors.

imo i wouldnt buy it. dodge keeps our shop alive with lift pumps injection pumps, cracked front covers, transmissions, and of course suspension. but...people around here also use them like semis too, as with anything else it would be a good odea to take it to a qualified shop for a good oce or twice over
