I was wondering if anyone knew what the max RPM you can spin one at?

The motor i'm putting in redlines at 7500rpm, not saying i'm gonna hit that but I might take it to 6500rpm or so every once in awhile.

If it is a sanden i would guess you should be ok as long as the clutch is disengaged. sandens are used on a ton of hot rod apps.

max on a your 209 or 210 is going to be 6 g's. For a sanden i would say a little higher.

but I would run a york over a sanden anyday of the week. I have used both.

If the comp. is not engaged there should be no real limit as to how fast it can spin, It is basically an idler pulley when disengaged. You wouldnt want to turn that high with the york engaged though. What about wiring a switch to the throttle that breaks the connection at full throttle, kind of the opposite of a nitrous arming switch?

That would be a great idea.
