The memorys we make today will last a life time to Dave and the people who get to meet him so stop and say hey if you see him at a show. Richard and the rest of the Definite Obsessions crew are one of the most supportive groups in this scene and knowone will forget that! May the rest of your days be the best you have seen. We will always keep you in our prayers!

this has saddened everyone through out our family, its hard havin to go thru so many loses like we have had in the past, Dave is one of the most dedicated members and its hard to see hime in the pain he is takin, just makes u realize how good ur life is sometimes

I went and saw him today and he was in good spirits. He mentioned trying to get better so he could make some shows this year and maybe work on the Blazer. I told him everyone was thinking about him and to find his phone to call back everyone trying to call him.

However, I also had lunch today with his sister and she said they have him on a VERY strict routine and if he gets off it the home health nurse and social worker will no longer help him. He can no longer eat out. They have to measure out his food and he must stick to the diet layed out for him. He is still gaining 15lbs between dialysis treatments and they can only take off 10-13 with the treatment. His feet are so swollen he went from a size 7 shoe to an 8.5.

I know I have been beating around the bush on the subject, mostly due to the fact that I am so close to him and also because I didn't want to face it but they don't expect him to make it past the end of next month.

Damn that's rough. I can't imagine what y'all are going through. I just wanna say I feel for Y'all and his family, and just know if it does happen he will be in a better place. (that is of course compared to what he is going through) (and as long as god allows us to drag through the gates)

DAMN IT MAN!!! My thoughts and prayers are with Him, and YOU!!! I can not imagine if one of my close friends was dying, and there was nothing I or anyone in the World could do. I don't know Him or you for that fact, but reading this realy got to me. I just hope you all can enjoy the HELL out of what time y'all have left together.
