ive got a sd superlift 4 link on the mitsu and honestly i dont really like it. If i has a fullsize or somethin i could see it bein worth it. but the 4 link alone has to weigh as much as the rest of the truck.

suicidedoors if you buy anywhere else your getting junk

this guy knows what hes talkin about, he bought a 4 link from every company that manufacturers one, bought not only every make/model truck that has been made, but the same number of each as the number of 4 link kits he bought, then professionally installed all kits, then spent months of r&d to prove that you need 80lbs of 4 link on the back of your truck, no matter what truck, or its junk.

ha ha ha, thats funny! I make mine out of 2 inch solid round, j/k, lol!

i love how you can claim that a suspension item is "overkill", especially a 4-link. Me personally when it comes to stuff like that the beefier the better

Well i got a 4link made outta 4" solid with 6.5 inch ends if you want it oh yea it excepts a 2.25 bolt and your gonna need truck freight to get it

..... but on a serious note i was actually saying yesterday that some of sd's stuff is overkill but hey if it isnt built well enough we bitch and if its overkill we bitch so its a lose lose situation ahahah

Ive been using standard p&j four links for at least ten years. Those are one inch tube and I have never seen one break ever in all my years. Also the sd stuff looks like someone cut up a drive shaft to make a four link just not smooth looking.

I have been making my own out of 1" round with .250" wall for sometime now with now with no problems. Just run in a tap drill and then 3/4-16 RH tap on one end and 3/4-16 LH tap on the other end and viola, instant adjustable 4-link bars! And the driveshaft comment is f'ing hilarious, hahaha!

i got the ssd superlift on my f150, sure it might be overkill but lets face it - not alot of minitruckers are engineers and most of us when we build something its way overkilled, like all the s-10's that stockfloor with 3x3 1/4 square tubing, were not trying to get great gas mileage here are we? i'd just say if your doing bags on bars then deffinitly consider Suicide doors 4-links, over the axle any kit you buy will do. Lots of shops hate on SSD.com cause they move so much stuff & take away from the profits of the other companys. just my 2cents. DO NOT BUY FROM AIM.
