Besides a house, if you have to finance it, you probably don't need it. IF you have to use a credit card, pay it off the same month so that there is no interest. If you just want a new car, budget and start saving and don't buy it until you can pay cash for it. I made lots of mistakes in the past, but the best thing to do is get out of debt and stay out of debt. And the less debt you have, the faster you can pay off your house and be completely debt free.

Hate to say it but I guess I will. knock the cards out of the way, but figure next time you get some extra loot you wont have any debt standing in your way of going nuts on a project. Plus on a 61, theres a lot of work and a lot of rust. You'd be lucky to walk away with just 10Gs in body work, let alone, chassis, suspension, wheel and tire it, drive line, and interior.

im in cali dog, but you are correct, i have tons of sweet parts already, motor tranny, rear eering, 4 wheel disc, spindles, wheels, fuel cell, so i thought it would be a good idea, but im just gonna slow er down and pay the cards, worth it in the long run.
