5x5 is 97-03 ford f-150 & Some Dodge Rams, dont know whats else, but them wheels are UGLY. They be good Mock up wheels tho

and will a 20mm offset even tuck on a 22x9.5" rim on a 97-03 f-150?

I think you need 18-20mm at least to tuck on a F150, but it'd be REALLY close in the back still have to shorten the axle, mine are 18mm. my Shorelines I used to have were 10mm they didnt tuck for shit in the back with stock axle.
