I just went to AutoZone with those numbers, and they looked at me liek I was retarded.Gotta love that hey? I got into an argument with some parts jockey about extra offset camber bushings for rangers the other day."sir you'll need to get those from the maker of the lowering kit"Strange. Napa had em in stock.

Its not just the guys at the parts store. I went to the Toyota dealership to get a molded heater hose for the water choke on my truck, and they told me it did not exist. I had the stock cracked hose in hand, that I pulled off the truck. Napa had one that was very close that I trimmed down off a 90s Saturn. Lol.

My FA395 in the Red and white boxes that I got at the Autozone on the corner of Sycamore and Erringer in simi valley ca are not real ? And the FA397 in the Red Black and White boxes that I got at the Autozone on Tapo Street in Simi Valley California aren't real either? Damn that sucks.

I'm just saying the guys at AutoZone told me they didn't have anything like that. Not saying they don't exist.

Are you givung them the actual part number or telling them what its being used for? I bought some from Autozone and they came in those same red, black, and white boxes. Those other numbers I listed came from partsamerica.com. Thats the website for Kragen whatever the other two names are in other states.

I was actually trying to make sure the threads were the same as a mono stud ball joint I was lookingt at getting to replace the ones that came in the arms. That or cutting off the ends and going to a uniball. it's gonna be exensive either way.

I'm saying I went to AutoZone with the PN written on a piece of paper and had them look them up. They said they were not in the computer. Either one. Maybe I wrote them down wrong, but thats what they told me.

Didn't mean to sound like a dick. Autozone isn't exactly known for hiring people with brains. As far as the mono ball joints. I DID find some that match the MOOG K772. They also have ones that match the K727. The K727 has the same size thread as the K778, but has a larger taper. Do the mono balls have more travel than the regular ball joint? I found the info for the mono balls on colemanracing.com.

Yeah I try to stay away from those places. I generally go to Smothers or Napa.

I don't know about the monoballs, but with the Moog K772 I get a little more travel out of my suspension than I did with a stock Toyota balljoint. Not much, but some. Probably an inch.
