I love my EX it's beautiful and comfy for my kids.. so not in a rush to sell it.. looking for the right family who is reliable and needs it. Goog Luck Buddy! 13500 + payments for the Ex is ludacris with the car sales market like it is now. I got a 03 Ex w/50k on it and I cant even sale it for 9000, much less getting someone to trade a decent truck for it.

You want somebody to give you a body dropped 96+ dually, free and clear, and in exchange for that, (after, of course, they give you their SSN and pretty much every other piece of info you need to jack somebodys identity with) you'll let them make the payments on your overpriced Excursion, that you're upside-down on.

I have to give you an A+ for effort and a big fat F in economics. With the country going into/in a recession I doubt that you would even be able to get rid of this pig and I would say you have about 5k negative equity. You will probably have to come out of pocket to get out from under this beast. And I would suggest that you never enter into a three year relationship with anybody, you know the hell that is if you have ever been married. You need to advertise it for sale only and have your lender approve the buyer for there own financing or sell to someone with financing already in place if you cant find a cash deal. I think you can sell it if you are willing to become a little more realistic and possibly come out of pocket a little. I might even know someone who would make you an offer if you are interested. And don't let these posts bother you, we all learn something new each and every day, today was your day....

I agree with all of you.. and the point is that their is actual people who would love to own a EX and have lot's of kids and actually need it.. And i am willing to help someone who wants a family truck.. I figured i can help someone regardless of how much and what it cost.. I don't need it.. i am not in a rush to get rid of it.. Juts trying to help .. if it's not worth it to you.. then it's okay.. i can sell it and take over payments.. and yes the market sucks right now.. and the EX's arent the best priced but i am ready to sell it... either ways thanks for replying guys...

So your willing to help somebody out by taking their bd'd 96+, then sticking them with an overpriced Excursion that they will continue to make your payments on that won't do anything to help their credit.

You'd be a lot better off droppin the whole "dually down payment" thing and droppin about 4 grand off the price of the Ex, and just take the hit like a man.

Cause to me, it looks like the only person your trying to help is yourself.

Lets be refreshingly honest for a change-

You want a dually, but your upside down on the Ex. You know that even if you sell your Ex for what you owe, you'll then be assed out of a vehicle, and you won't have any cash for a dually.

So you figure you'll trade the Ex for a dually...oh wait, you still owe on it. So that won't work.

So you hatch some half-baked idea to swindle some poor sap out of a clean dually and into your Ex, and he takes the payment. You camouflage your real motives with a guise of wanting to help someone with bad credit. However, your careful to mention that you will repo it if necessary (week late?). That would be your best case scenario...then you could run this scam all over again on another poor, stupid bastard.

So, problem solved. You get a dually, you get out from under the Ex, your payments get made, looks good on your credit and you don't have anything out of pocket.

...at least that's the way I see it.

Although anybody who buys that load of shit gets what he deserves.
