all you have to do is make a section in the middle of it, (like a divider in a speakerbox) with the same sheet metal you are using and cut an inch of the corners off so the fuel can flow through the corners of it so when you hit a corner the fuel doesnt slosh side to side. Make bigger corner cuts for the top for the heck of it. You can even make a sheet metal box down in the bottom for where the pickup filter (my dad calls them maxi pads)sits and put a couple 3/8 or 1/4" holes in the sides of it so if it is that low and the fuel tends to move to one side real hard your little box will still have fuel in it for the pickup for that second or so.My trucks alum fuel cell just has the dividers with the corners cut out and my pickup is in the rear of the cell so when i accelerate the fuel is at the pickup And Ive never had a problem with the pump runnin dry. When you mount it, use some rubber or foam between it and the mounts especially on the aluminum. threads into aluminum should be loctited also so they dont seize.

think ima take ur advise bro, thanx

Anytime man. If you have access to a brake or know someone that has access you can bend it all and cut it all out yourself then have a local welder their tig it up real quick. Probably wouldnt take em more than an hour. I have a guy here that does them for 350 - 400. Any way you like it. Alum, stanless, mounting tabs or flanges however you want them, he'll even cut the hole for you or leave it blank. Hes an old timer that builds bikes in his spare time. Its always a pleasure to visit him. He has alot of cool shit and tons of knowledge to share. Last time I was there I spotted some 4" tall by 2" round firestone airbags for an airseat on his rigid hes building. He said it was for the fat girls that rode on the back, lol.
