lmao... nah i am in the retention dept, so when people think we have screwed them over and cant read or understand their bill i have to go into detail and explain it to them so they see how the bill reads which any 5yr old could read it.. it is pretty simple your billing month is from here to here you owe us this much, but they are what is this and that, cause the bill is itemized in all the taxes.. or if they want to upgrade their phone or contract they come thru my dept..

we make pretty good plus we get a monthly bonus if i save a certain amount of account.. and bonuys can max out at 3000 a month if you get enough points..
