Tow Mater - from the CARS Movie

Does anyone know what year/brand this truck was drawn off of? Im guessing there were tow truck dually's like this back in the 60's?

I'm looking for something like this for a new project to start with my sons.

there are a couple of real tow maters made for exibition purposes along with the racecar and the porsche and for the premiere of the movie , it was on the metal fabricator forum .
i guessing its a 55 or a 57 chevy pickup

I dont want the cartoon look, just a bad ass laid out mater all rusted up and driving low.

looks kinda like a 55 chevy

All i know is the real mater is sitting in front of an abandoned tow company on historic route 66 somewhere just inside the KS state line. My buddy mitch knows more about it but i believe it was a 55.
