EFI to Carb swap

Hey guys. I have a late model F-150 with the 4.6. Also I have a built 351 Windsor and aod trans. Am I thinking correctly that the swap would be easier than going the other way, Carb to EFI. I know I will lose the speedo because that is electronic off of the trans, and the fuel tank wont be an issue. The real question I have is the wiring. Would the same wiring work for like the starting circuit etc. Just trying to get some info before doing this.

it would be easier to get a new harness.ie painless etc. you will have to change the column out for an older one or a ididit style one since it has the PATS system in it. the factory wires wont work cuz its thinkin the efi motor and pcm is stillt here.
