480's or 380's sets

Which set would be better for a 12 gallon tank. .

i'd go 480 for a faster fill time. you're prob looking at about 12 mins from 0-200 with dual 480's

I've got 2 480s on a 5 and that bitch fills in a minute flat. Very happy with that!
