What kind of gas do you use?

75/25 Argon/C02

strait argon welds a lil bit diff then 75/25 mix. adam did you get that gas from micheal waltrip?

ill put my millermatic 200 against any flux core any thickness (just not in the wind)

I have a millermatic 210..with argon and CO2 mix

100% argon would weld better but it cost more and is kinda over kill...some inter sheild/flux core wire can put down some nice beads!!

I like welding with dual core wire. Weld on straight Argon and use .035 dual core wire. It welds hot as fuck, its super quiet compare dot solid wire, super clean and all aroudn awesome. But its about $150 per roll, versus $40-60.
