about to bag a 72 chevy c-10 on 22s on the rear and because of the odd shape of the back of the frame would it be better to just back half it or notch it? and for anyone that picks notch where can i find a weld in notch with the weird shape in it?

we are currently bagging a 71 suburban. it has the odd shaprd rear frame also. we are back halving it to have a straight frame rails and also so it can have a flat floor in the rear.

I just made from the notch back. Instead of the frame stepping in and getting narrower, it is now straight all the way back. It only took a day to do and it cost about the same as one of Kp's crooked notches. I maybe have $100 in the steel. I used 2x3 box tubing with 3/16' sidewall. It will lay body with 22'sThere is about three inches left to go down in this picture.
