wow i just found this on ebay i had no idea they made an electric s-10. kind of a pointless topic just thought it was interesting.

that would be cool if u didnt have to buy so many batteries. depending on what it cost to charge it. it might be good lol.

I honestly thought it was a prank at first. But 52 batteries at 34.95 a piece. WOW!!!!!!! I guess they go in the bed???Then they state at the bottom that it is a full electric truck and not a hybrid. But the voltage gauge is what did it for me.lol

yeah if you look to the left of the speedometer where the tach should be it looks like a battery meter, and the charger plugs in behind the license plate. it does 75mph almost as a s-10 with a 2.2L topping out at 94mph. LOL

I have seen several of these at my friends salvage yard.There actually junk..so he says. Its just a fleet deal.

seams like alot of money to waste on batteries

itd be pimp to own the only bodydropped S-10 EV tho

also in case you didn't know the Ford Ranger has an electric bastard child that is actually rear wheel drive vs the fwd of the ev s10 (excluding the prototype GM did in 2004)

60 miles on a full charge. How unreliable.
