help me what ofset do i need for 20/9 on 82 c10

can someone help me bout to buy rims what do i need to tuck them it bout to be bagged there 20/8 or 20/9 what offset and tire size i want a 35 series.and do u guys think black wheels look good on it it hot rod black?or should i go with chrome or polished?and it a82 chevy c-10 short bed 2wd.
