ok a i have a 98 isuzu hombre basically a chevy s10. while driving the other day my turn signals stopped working my fuses all look good but when i turn on the blinker it dosnnt blink the odd thing is i noticed the brakes wont light up on each individual side thats suppose to be blinking when the blinker arm is down or up for each side.. also when the hazards are on neither brake light will work then however the running lights are fine at that time. is this a relay, short or what?
you need to get a multifunction switch out of an s-10. to check and make sure thats wat it is turn ur blinker on and hold down on the hazard button gently and theyshould work. sometimes u can wedge the hazard switch and make them work for a while

If the easy stuff has been checked.....
Sounds like the Turn signal/Hazzard switch in column.
All the Brake, Turn signal, hazzard, and indicator lights on the dash run through this switch on GM.
