My 3/8's valves were leaking up also. I really kind of like the things though...is there a way to rebuild them if they are doing that???

I still have mine as well,( one leaks up ). 2 valve set up with guages.

take them apart (allen screws) and see if the steel ball has worn a groove in the aluminum. If so, you cant fix it. If not, check the o-rings for dirt or corrosion, one poppet valve may be sticking.

My current set leaks up and it sucks. I put a ball valve at the tank that I turn off the air supply to the valves when I get out. Keeps it from draining the tank.

I got 2 in a plate from jason (thank you very much) and two other smaller, but I am still looking for another 2 gauge plate or a 4 gauge plate, with valves in any condition. I still need the valves because of the way MIC does its air distribution, the guage plate valves are different than the no gauge plate valves, they are predrilled and milled for an air "bar" and o rings to seal.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the help.

You still need these Russ???

I probably won't do anything with mine, so they are up for grabs. It is a 2 valve 3/8's set up. The left hand valve was the one leaking up, the right hand valve was fine( when I took them out ). They are in the MIC panel with guages.

If you need them post here, I don't log on often, but read daily. I am sure we can work something out.

I took mine apart... Again. I took the aluminum toggle out to see just how bad the groove was from the bearing. I ended up sanding the surface of the toggle down then cutting a piece of steel sheet metal to fit it. I've been running them for about 10 days and no more leaking up. I did this to all 4 of them.
